1) Will the products be priced to be
competitive?
Absolutely. We carry only the best name brands, and our prices are very
competitive, including shipping. We will never strive to be the
cheapest, our goal is to offer the best products, service and opportunity
in this industry.
2) Is there a return policy?
Yes. It is a 30 day return policy, and if there is an error on our part,
we will pay to ship it back. If it is an error on your part, you pay to
ship it back.
3) Am I limited to a region or state?
No. You can build a nationwide business of customers and brokers if you
so desire.
4) Do you have a catalog of all the parts and pricing?
Yes. We have an 1100 page catalog that represents only a portion of the
nearly 200,000 products in our Performance & Accessory section. However
because of the sheer magnitude of managing a half million parts we
cannot catalog them all. You can find all of the parts online.
5) Can I shop for particular parts on your website?
Yes. You can use one of our custom search engines to look directly
within the part type group you are shopping for. All you need to know is
the year, make, and model of your car, and what part you are seeking.
6) When can I expect my order after I've placed my order?
You can generally expect delivery within 24 to 48 hours of making your
order.
7) Will I be trained if I start a Full Throttle business of my own?
Absolutely. We have the most powerful training and leadership
development program in the industry that is sure to maximize every
aspect of you and your business.
8) Why is this better than a “Franchise Store”?
